Stabilize your anxiety

You can also try a few natural supplements that have been known to help.

When you go to your local health food stores, you will find many options to choose from to help stabilize your anxiety and mood.

A couple things you might want to look into are Kava Kava and Passion Flower. These are two natural sedatives that you can find (in most countries) in your health food store or online.

They come in many forms, from powders to mix in drinks, to teas, liquid extracts and capsules.

Kava Kava is a tall shrub in the pepper family that is found in the South Pacific Islands.

The root of this plant has been used for centuries for medicinal purposes and also as a social beverage, much like alcohol is used. With that being said, as long as it is taken by the recommended dosage, it will not put in into a drunk-like state.

It is known for its stress-relieving calming effect that it has on the body and brain. It has been compared to medications like Valium.

Drinking Chamomile tea or taking Chamomile supplements have also been shown to reduce stress and anxiety in people.

Studies have shown that people who were taking Chamomile supplements for 8 weeks had a significant reduction in their anxiety symptoms compared to those taking a placebo. Hops and L-Theanine, or Green Tea, also have had similar results.

Research these products to a fuller extent if you are interested in them. Make sure you read labels and consult your physician before taking any of these supplements and/or herbs.

They may have side effects and also may not be taken with other certain medications that you may be taking.
