Exercise cures depression

Exercise is the key for anybody helping themselves with fitness of the mind as well as the body. 

Not only does exercise improve your body but for our purposes it’s a toxin cleanser. 

Most people build up tension and stress throughout the day accumulating adrenaline and other toxins. 

These toxins have a special purpose for us to give us the extra energy to deal with difficult situations and help us react even when we’re in danger. 

The problem is that at the end of the day, the toxins are accumulated in our body. The only known way to get rid of these toxins is exercise.  Cardio exercise to be more specific.

So the simplest thing that you can do, is to do some cardio exercise keeping your heart rate at a recommended pace for at least 20 minutes. Do this at least 3 days a week if not all 7 days.
