Challenge Your Negative Thoughts

You have to challenge your considerations and go as far as possible. Just by expressing that a particular idea isn’t correct, isn’t sufficient.

Your cerebrum is sufficiently shrewd to understand that you are opposing an idea without a genuine explanation.

Challenge them by coherent and target outlooks. So for instance, if your idea is: “I am useless.” Continue by asking: “For what reason am I useless.”

An explanation will spring up and you have to challenge that reason once more.

Shouldn’t something be said about all the individuals that would state that I truly offered some incentive for them? Etc.
