Layered Lavender Flower Water

Lavender is a universal healer for your mind, body, and spirit. This Layered Lavender Flower Water is relaxing and balancing for the skin, and it makes a fantastic toner for all skin types, especially oily and combination skin. You can also add it to your bath water for a tranquil soak or put it in a spray bottle and spritz to cool down on a hot day. A little spritz of lavender water can help ease a hot flash, soothe a sunburn, or calm itchy skin, or you can use it as a linen spray right before climbing into bed for a calming drift off into dreamland.
