
This silky, buttery balm with a sweet flavourer scent works to appease, hydrate, and shield your work-weary hands. The skin on your hands is tough to stay wet as a result of it’s skinny and has comparatively few oil glands.
YIELDS: eight ounces
1⁄4 cup grated beeswax
1⁄4 cup oil
1⁄4 cup contemporary Comfrey Oil
1⁄4 cup contemporary flavourer Oil
2 fat-soluble vitamin capsules
20 drops eucalyptus oil
20 drops lavender oil
What you’ll need: double saucepan, activity cups, rubber spatula, jars
1. To Make: Begin the double saucepan on medium heat. Once it reaches a boil, cut back heat to simmer. Place the beeswax and oil within the prime of the double saucepan and canopy. Simmer till liquefied, stirring often. To preserve the useful nutrients, don’t overheat. Take away from heat, take the highest pan out the double saucepan, and funky 5–10 minutes. Add the contemporary Comfrey Oil and contemporary flavourer Oil to the pot and stir. Pierce the fat-soluble vitamin capsules and squeeze the liquid out into the liquefied oil, discarding the gel caps. Add the essential oils and stir well, scraping any of the hardened cooled mixture off the edges and back to the liquefied oils. If the mixture hardens an excessive amount of before you’ll pour it, gently soften it once more within the double saucepan. Pour into your jars and let stand undisturbed for four hours or nightlong before use.
2. To Store: Label jars and store in a very cool dry place far from direct daylight. Use at intervals a year.
3. To Use: To use, take away a tiny low quantity from the jar and soften between your fingertips, then unfold it into your cuticles and therefore the cracks in your hands, elbows, and feet.
