Can I Add Other Exercises?
Absolutely, but be careful not to overdo it and risk dropping the routine all together.
Running, bicycling, and sports in general with high cardio activities are good, but if you’re not an athlete, you could soon give these up. Walking is good for anybody who is healthy enough to do so.
If you’re not used to heavy exercise, I recommend fast paced walking. Walking is the most natural way our body was designed to move.
Our ancestors walked long distances when hunting and gathering food and we’re still built the same way.
