Foundation of intellectual development: Learning

LEARNING:

This is the first step towards cognitive and mental development. This is how increasing cognitive or intellectual growth begins; it is described as a deliberate attempt to acquire specific information on a topic or problem. Put data acquisition. Education is collecting, gaining, or learning knowledge or information.

Therefore, each learning process results in the collection or acquiring of knowledge or information. All you’ll ever get from learning is intelligence, which means information. That is, data is preserved and processed upon finishing the learning process. Therefore, the outcome of any education you go through is to gain knowledge on some topic or problem.

Knowledge ownership doesn’t necessarily mean you’re wise or clever, and it just means you’re knowledgeable, and intelligence carrier. As the old saying goes, he who understands and doesn’t understand what he does is no different than he who doesn’t know or can’t. This is why learning (knowledge) alone is not enough to achieve a high level of intellectual and mental ability.

The need for action that gets us to the second stage of our path towards cognitive and mental development; the stage of doing or applying (wisdom).
