Estrogen rich foods

Estrogen is a hormone which is released by the ovaries of a women and is responsible for the onset of the menstrual cycle and therefore plays an essential role in the reproduction phase of a woman.
One of the most ignored yet common factors of heart diseases is the deficiency of reproductive hormones like estrogen and testosterone.

Estrogen is essential to increase good cholesterol level in the blood and reduce bad cholesterol level in the body. Estrogen also relaxes the constricted blood vessels thereby reducing the risk of heart attacks.
